Our dental office is conveniently located near the intersection of Katella Blvd and Los Alamitos Blvd in Los Alamitos, CA, near the 605, 405 and 22 interchange.  We are available by telephone and are also very responsive to email communications.  You can also utilize the "Request an Appointment" forms throughout this website.  We look forward to hearing from you and helping you achieve optimal dental health!

PAYMENT OPTIONS:  We presently accept insurance, cash, personal checks, Care Credit, Master Card, Visa, and American Express.  We also offer payment plans.

We are also always investigating the new dental carriers as they are introduced.  We can also direct-bill most dental insurance companies for you, as long as you provide complete billing information.

Please remember to complete the forms, bring your driver's license and insurance card with you for your first appointment.  If you have any problem completing the New Patient forms, please call our office and we will gladly email them to you or you can fill them out in the office.
