Dr. Kim Letter Regarding Practice Transition
/Dear Valued Patient:
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued trust and confidence in permitting me to care for you and your dental needs through the years. It is with mixed emotions that I am announcing the sale of my practice.
In an effort to ensure that my patients continue to receive the best possible care, I have carefully evaluated a number of candidates who were interested in assuming my practice. I have worked with and selected Dr. Shanna Chirco, a caring and talented dentist who possesses the highest qualifications and is extremely well skilled in all phases of restorative and cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Chirco has been working as an associate in the office since mid-2015 and has done an excellent job, making this transition very smooth. Over these months, she has gotten to know, treated and impressed many patients.
Dr. Chirco is a graduate of UC Irvine and USC’s School of Dentistry. She has been practicing dentistry in Southern California for more than 10 years. Dr. Chirco will be expanding the number of days and hours during which appointments may be made, making it easier to schedule appointments. The office location and telephone numbers will remain the same. I am also happy to let you know that Rose, Barbara, Sandy and Claudia, who have assisted me and Dr. Paranal before me, will stay on with Dr. Chirco. Dr. Chirco and the team invite you to an Open House at the office on Thursday, April 28, 2016, from 5:00 – 7:30 p.m.
I know you will be pleased with Dr. Chirco and will extend to her the same courtesy and loyalty that you have afforded me. Dr. Chirco and I have worked closely together to ensure a smooth transition in response to your specific needs.
I want to thank all of you. Many of you were more than patients, but friends who I looked forward to seeing at each and every visit. Have faith and trust in Dr. Chirco as she is a gifted dentist who truly puts her heart, soul and technical excellence into her work.
